The heat is on
CIA look ahead to next weekend when they host Hoxton Heat on Saturday 21 November at Westcroft Leisure Centre in Carshalton. CIA will hope to retain their unbeaten home record.
CIA will welcome back starters Babs Maye and Daniel Montague for the game but remain without 6′5″ Lee Fraser. Fraser is out with a knee injury that may see him sidelined for as long as 3 weeks. He starts physio at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre this Thursday to speed up his recovery. CIA dismissed visiting Camden Panthers on Saturday despite missing 5 key players. Chi Lewis-Parry recorded a double-double in just 20 minutes of play whilst Point Guard Luke Bowler knotched up 12 assists and Nikhil Lawry dropped 23 points on 8-13 shooting from behind the 3-point arc.
